Your AI employees keep working. You can turn on optional auto-refill so the balance tops up automatically, or add credits manually at any time from the billing dashboard. If auto-refill is off and the balance reaches zero, usage pauses until you top up rather than generating a surprise invoice.

Credits never expire while your subscription is active, so an unusually quiet month is not lost. They are tied to the subscription rather than the calendar month.

Yes, you can move up or down at any time. Upgrading takes effect immediately and the new credit allowance applies straight away. Downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing period so you keep the capacity you already paid for.

Plans differ on capacity, meaning monthly credits, concurrent calls, team seats, widgets, and cloned voice profiles, plus white-label branding and support tier at the higher steps.
